So I found a retro game store in Japan and they have a few GBA SPs for around 4000 yen (roughly $40 USD). They also have a pikachu GBA SP (has his face on it and it's yellow) for 7000 yen. They are a little scratched up, but I tested one that had battery with Japanese donkey Kong country 2 and it works fine. They're all AGS-001 if that matters.
